Need more than your plan includes?
AI credits start at US$30 for 1,000 credits, getting cheaper the more you buy, and swap with response answers at 1 credit = 30 answers without changing your subscription. Both are bought from the Billing tab of your account page — and nothing stops without warning first.
Collection does not stop the instant you reach a limit — there is a grace band of 10% on Free, 20% on Pro and 25% on Business, and we email you well before it matters.
Pricing questions
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — free forever, no card required. Free includes unlimited surveys, all nineteen question types, skip logic and AI on every page, with 1,000 answers and a monthly AI credit allowance included.
- What counts as an “answer”?
- One answered question on a completed or imported response. Metering the answer rather than the response is fairer — a two-question poll and a forty-question survey shouldn't cost the same. Allowances reset each month, and there's a grace band with warning emails before collection pauses.
- What are AI credits?
- Every AI run — drafting, theming, reports, ask-your-data, scanning — is metered in credits and priced at real model cost. A Decision Report shows its price before you build it; a survey's first report builds itself at 30 responses once you allow AI analysis (untick "Build the first report for me" on the Collect tab to stop that); and a run your balance can't cover is refused before it starts. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up with credit packs any time.
- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your account. Prices are in USD; customers in Australia are billed in Australian dollars, and the A$ price and GST are shown before you pay. Card details never touch our servers.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Start on Free and upgrade when you need more; nothing is locked to a plan, so you can move up or down whenever it suits.
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise is custom-priced and sold by conversation: your own domain and dedicated infrastructure, every capability unlocked, your own admin panel with full administrative control of your instance, and dedicated support. We host and manage the platform itself — if you need to run it on your own servers, ask about BYOC / self-hosting.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes, such as GST for customers in Australia, are calculated at checkout. Customers in Australia are billed in Australian dollars, and the A$ price and GST are shown before you pay.
