Hospital Food Service Feedback

Meals as care: temperature, choice, dietary accuracy, and actually eating.

4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Hospital food is clinical care in disguise: patients who eat recover, and trays returned full are a nutrition problem wearing a catering costume. This survey measures the meal experience from the bed – temperature on arrival, real choice, dietary-requirement accuracy (the safety issue hiding in catering), and the honest how-much-did-you-eat question.

The ate-little answers, flagged by ward, belong in nutrition rounds, not just catering reviews; appetite is data.
