New Development Interest Survey
Pre-sales demand read: unit types, price points, and the amenities that convert.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Development pro formas guess at demand this survey measures: unit-type interest from the actual local market, price-point tolerance, amenity valuations, and timeline seriousness – the pre-sales read that shapes the scheme while drawings can still change.
Run it early enough to matter. Interest data gathered after planning permission can only market the building you already committed to, whereas the same answers gathered during design can move a unit mix, drop an amenity nobody will pay for, or add the storage that every respondent mentioned unprompted.
The would-register-deposit question separates curiosity from demand; marketing lists built from it convert at launch. Rank the amenity results by willingness to pay rather than by popularity – gyms and roof terraces poll well everywhere and are funded by the service charge residents later resent, while the parking, storage, and broadband answers quietly predict the units that sell first.
