Photography Client Feedback
From booking to gallery delivery: direction comfort, turnaround, and the shots that matter.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Photography clients judge twice: the experience of being photographed – many people's least comfortable hour – and the gallery that arrives later. This survey measures both: pre-shoot communication, comfort and direction during the session, turnaround time, and whether the final images captured what the client actually hoped for.
The hoped-for question is the craft feedback: technically perfect galleries still disappoint when the one shot the client imagined is missing, and only asking reveals it.
