Session evaluations only work at volume, and volume comes from timing: a QR code on the closing slide beats any follow-up email. This short form rates the session's relevance, depth, delivery, and materials, and asks the one open question speakers actually act on – what would have made this session better.
Give each session its own collector link and speakers get their own results privately, while the organiser sees the ranked board across all sessions for next year's programming.
