Venue & Logistics Feedback
The operations debrief: signage, seating, AV, catering lines, and accessibility.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Attendees remember talks; operations teams need to know about everything else – the signage people ignored, the coffee line that swallowed the break, the room that ran cold all afternoon. This survey audits the physical event layer by layer so the next venue contract is negotiated with evidence.
Run it alongside (not inside) your content feedback survey; mixing the two makes the survey longer and tends to lower completion of both. The accessibility question is not optional politeness – it is the difference between an event everyone attended and one everyone could attend.
