Private events are won in the planning and lost in the details on the night. This survey asks the event host to rate the whole arc – responsiveness during planning, the event manager on the day, food and service at volume, and whether the bill matched the agreement – because repeat corporate bookings hang on all four.
Send it within 48 hours with a personal note from the event manager. Compare the planning-responsiveness score with the food score when you look at rebooking: hosts tend to forgive a cold starter faster than a week of unanswered emails.
