Buffet & Breakfast Feedback
Freshness, variety, replenishment, and seating for high-volume dining.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Buffets fail in specific, fixable ways: the tray that sits empty at peak, the eggs that arrived at seven and stayed till ten, the queue that forms at one station while three stand idle. This survey asks guests to rate exactly those operational realities – freshness, variety, replenishment speed, and seating flow.
Run it continuously in season and review weekly by service window; the difference between the 7am and 9:30am scores is a staffing rota answer, not a chef answer.
