Coaching Session Feedback
Between-session accountability: wins, obstacles, and next-session focus.
5 questions · 1 page · about 3 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Coaching compounds between sessions or not at all. This between-session check-in has the client log the week – actions completed, the obstacle that got in the way, energy and confidence levels – and set the focus they want for the next session, arriving prepared instead of recapping for twenty minutes.
Coaches: the completed-actions trend per client is your programme's honest effectiveness metric, and a two-week slump is the conversation to have before motivation becomes a cancellation.
