Gym Cleanliness Spot Audit
Peak-hour walkthrough: sweat residue, sanitiser stations, showers, and re-rack discipline.
6 questions · 1 page · about 4 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
A gym floor at 10am and the same floor at 6:30pm are two different buildings, and only one of them gets audited. This walkthrough is built to be run at the busy hour: benches and pads checked for sweat residue rather than general tidiness, sanitiser and towel stations checked for whether they are actually stocked at the moment members need them, and weights logged as re-racked or abandoned.
The shower and changing-room score carries disproportionate weight in member churn, so it is asked separately rather than folded into a general hygiene rating. Rotate the auditor weekly and log the day-part every time; a clean score at 10am proves nothing.
