Nutrition Coaching Weekly Check-in
Adherence, hunger, energy, and the honest wobbles – logged weekly in two minutes.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Nutrition coaching works on trends, not perfect weeks. This weekly check-in logs the signal a coach needs – plan adherence, hunger and energy, sleep, training done, and the honest wobble moments – without food-diary tedium that clients abandon by week three.
The wobble question is deliberately shame-free: clients who report the difficult moments keep reporting, and the pattern behind the wobbles (stress, travel, weekends) is where coaching actually intervenes.
