Community Event Feedback (Public)
Festivals, markets, and public celebrations – accessibility, safety, and next year.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Public events are judged by the widest audience a survey ever meets: families, elders, teenagers, wheelchair users, first-timers. This feedback form measures the shared basics – accessibility, toilets and facilities, safety and stewarding, atmosphere – and collects the next-year wish list that keeps a civic event renewing rather than repeating.
The accessibility answers deserve first reading: public events carry a public duty, and the barriers named here are usually cheap to fix and invisible to organisers who do not face them.
