Consulting Project Review Survey
End-of-engagement review: outcomes, team quality, and would-they-rehire.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Consulting reputations are built one engagement review at a time. This end-of-project survey asks the client to grade what consulting is bought for – problem understanding, quality of thinking, practical usability of deliverables, knowledge left behind – and the two numbers that matter commercially: rehire intent and referral willingness.
The still-using-it question, asked here and again in six months, measures the difference between a good report and a real change. Partners should read every write-in.
