Faith Community Feedback Survey
Services, community life, and pastoral care – heard from the congregation.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Congregations are communities first, and communities drift quietly. This survey listens across the whole of community life: services and teaching, welcome for newcomers, care in hard seasons, opportunities to serve, and the honest question of what keeps people connected – or what has loosened.
Run it anonymously once a year and share the themes from the front; being heard is itself a ministry. The newcomer-welcome score deserves particular attention, as regulars systematically overestimate it.
