This digital version collects it gracefully: name and contact as they wish to share, how they found the community, what brought them, and the follow-up they actually want – from coffee with someone to please-just-let-me-visit-quietly.
The respect built into the last question is the point: follow-up matched to stated wishes welcomes; follow-up that ignores them evicts.
