Hotel Sustainability Guest Survey
Green programmes guests notice, believe, and will participate in – versus eco-theatre.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Hotel sustainability lives between genuine operations and towel-card theatre, and guests increasingly know the difference. This survey measures the perception: initiatives noticed, credibility assessed, participation willingness (linen opt-outs, refill stations), and the choices guests would actually change bookings over.
Notice the ordering: what guests observed comes before what they believe, because a programme nobody noticed cannot be judged credible or otherwise, and the two failures need opposite responses – one is a communication problem, the other a trust problem.
The would-book-because answers separate the sustainability that markets from the sustainability that only costs. Treat a low credibility score as the more urgent finding: a guest who thinks your initiatives are performance will discount everything else you claim about the property, and eco-theatre suspected once is rarely forgiven on the next booking.
