Agent & Broker Service Review
The human side of insurance: advice quality, advocacy at claim time, and annual contact.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Customers with agents and brokers buy a relationship on top of a policy, and judge it at two moments: advice when buying, advocacy when claiming. This review measures both – needs actually explored versus products pushed, cover explained honestly, reachability, and whether the broker fought their corner at claim time.
The annual-review question exposes the book's quiet decay: clients not contacted between sales are direct-channel customers paying broker prices, and they eventually notice.
