Legal Consultation Feedback
After the first meeting: understood options, clear costs, and confidence to proceed.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Initial consultations convert when clients leave with two things: understanding of their options and clarity on what pursuing them costs. This post-consultation survey measures both, plus the listening experience and the deciding factors for clients still choosing between firms.
The cost-clarity score is the conversion lever the profession underuses: clients who can state the fee model proceed at multiples of those left guessing, whatever the hourly rate.
