Mediation Session Feedback
Both parties on the process: neutrality, being heard, and movement made.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Mediation's product is process quality: parties who felt heard by a genuinely neutral third party settle more and re-litigate less. This post-session survey collects each party's confidential read – neutrality maintained, adequate airtime, pressure appropriately absent, and honest movement made – for the mediator's development and the scheme's quality assurance.
Divergence between the parties' neutrality scores is the finding to watch: one side experiencing bias is the process failing, whichever side settles.
