Post-Trip Traveller Survey
The whole journey reviewed: booking, transport, stays, and highlights.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
A trip is a chain of suppliers that the traveller experiences as one story. This post-trip survey reviews the chain – booking ease, transport, accommodation, activities – and captures the story's headline: the highlight they will retell and the low point they will warn friends about.
For tour operators and travel agents, the highlight write-ins are marketing copy in the customer's own voice; the low points are next season's supplier negotiations, with evidence attached.
