Programme Impact Assessment Survey
Ask beneficiaries what changed – the outcomes evidence funders ask for.
5 questions · 1 page · about 3 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Funders want outcomes, and outcomes live with the people your programme served. This assessment asks beneficiaries directly: what changed for them, which parts of the programme mattered most, what would have helped more – self-reported change scores plus stories, the combination grant reports are built from.
Field it three to six months after programme completion, not at the graduation glow. Anonymous mode raises honesty; a few consented stories with names raise funding.
