Project Delay Report

Delays recorded as they happen: cause, impact, evidence, and recovery options.

6 questions · 1 page · about 3 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Delay disputes are won by whoever kept records at the time. This report captures each delay event contemporaneously: cause category (weather, design information, variations, supply, labour), the specific facts, programme impact estimate, photo or document evidence, and recovery options considered – the diary entry that extension-of-time claims are built from.

One submission per event builds the delay log automatically; the cause distribution across a project tells its true story better than any end-of-job narrative.
