Roadside Assistance Feedback
The breakdown moment: answer speed, ETA honesty, and technician care.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Roadside assistance is bought years before it is judged, in one bad hour on a hard shoulder. This survey reviews that hour: how fast the call was answered, whether the ETA given was honest, how safe the customer felt waiting, and whether the technician fixed or towed with competence and warmth.
ETA honesty is the loyalty metric – members forgive a 90-minute wait quoted as 90 minutes, and cancel over a 40 that became 90. Send within a day of the callout.
