School Transport Survey
The bus run graded by families: punctuality, safety, conduct, and communication.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
The school run is the school day's bookends, and problems there colour everything between. This parent-and-student survey measures the transport service: punctuality both directions, driver conduct, behaviour management on board, and the communication when buses run late – the gap that leaves children waiting and parents frantic.
The told-when-late score is the cheapest fix with the biggest anxiety payoff: a delay text transforms the same 15-minute wait from crisis to inconvenience.
