Seasonal Worker Feedback

The picking season reviewed: conditions, pay clarity, housing, and returning intent.

4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Seasonal labour returns to the farms that treated it well, and recruitment costs track that reputation directly. This end-of-season survey – offered in the languages of the crew – measures conditions honestly: pay clarity and accuracy, supervision fairness, housing where provided, and the returning-next-season intent that predicts recruitment spend.

The would-recommend-to-others answer is the labour pipeline: crews recruit crews, and the survey tells you which way word is travelling.
