Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Maintenance, communication, and renewal intent across your rental portfolio.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Vacancy is the expensive event in property management, and it is usually preceded by a year of unlogged frustration. This tenant survey measures the renewal drivers – maintenance responsiveness, communication, building condition, feeling fairly treated – and asks the renewal-intent question early enough to act on it.
Run it annually per property and after every completed maintenance ticket in short form. A tenant who scores maintenance low twice is a vacancy notice you can still prevent.
