Website Redesign Feedback
Before/after verdicts on a redesign: findability, speed, and what got worse.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Every redesign breaks somebody's habits, and the honest question is whether it broke more than it fixed. This survey asks users who knew the old site to compare: is finding things easier or harder, does it feel faster or slower, and – the question redesign teams avoid – what got worse.
Run it two to four weeks after launch, once the novelty shock fades but before users forget the old site. The got-worse write-ins are your hotfix list; swallow hard and read them all.
