Awards Ceremony Feedback
The night reviewed: pacing, fairness feel, dinner, and prestige of the whole affair.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Awards nights carry an industry's self-image, and attendees judge the carriage: ceremony pacing against speech sprawl, the fairness feel of results, production quality, and whether the evening felt worth a table's price. This survey collects the morning-after verdict.
Ask on the morning after rather than in the room. Feedback gathered at the venue is collected from people who won, people who are being polite, and people who have had a drink; the same questions the next day get you the considered answer, including from the tables that left early.
The felt-fair question is reputational load-bearing: ceremonies suspected of bought results lose nominees before they lose sponsors, and the loss is invisible until a category has three entries. Cut it by role – winners, nominees who did not win, and guests will diverge sharply, and it is the losing nominees' fairness score that predicts whether they enter again next year.
