Cart Abandonment Survey
Ask shoppers who left items behind what stopped the checkout.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Many carts die quietly, and analytics can only guess why. This short survey – sent to signed-in shoppers who abandoned, or shown as an exit prompt – asks directly: was it shipping cost, total price, doubts about the product, a comparison detour, or checkout friction. Each answer routes to a different conversion fix.
Keep it to four questions and offer nothing in exchange; incentivised answers here skew toward the incentive. The just-browsing crowd is real and useful too – it calibrates how much of your abandonment is actually recoverable.
