Cruise Passenger Survey
Cabins, dining, entertainment, ports, and crew – the floating-resort review.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
A cruise is a dozen businesses on one hull, and passengers review them as one. This survey scores each operation – embarkation, cabin, dining venues, entertainment, shore excursions, crew – so the line knows whether the problem is the show lounge or the buffet, not just the star rating.
The excursion value question deserves attention: shore excursions carry the widest price-to-satisfaction variance in cruising, and disappointing ports leak into the whole cruise's score.
