Daycare Parent Satisfaction Survey

The daily trust contract: care quality, communication, safety, and drop-off feelings.

4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Parents hand over their most precious person every morning and read the quality of care in small signals: how drop-off feels, what comes home in the daily update, whether the staff know their child as a person. This survey measures that trust contract – care and warmth, communication quality, safety confidence, and staff consistency.

The drop-off-feeling question is the summary metric: parents who leave without a knot in their stomach renew, refer, and forgive the occasional lost mitten.
