Feature Request Intake Form
Requests that arrive as problems, context, and impact – not just wishes.
5 questions · 1 page · about 3 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
A feature request is a hypothesis wearing a demand's clothing. This intake form undresses it: what the user is trying to accomplish, how they handle it today, how often it comes up, and what having it would change – so product reviews requests as evidence, not as a shouting match of wishes.
The how-do-you-cope-today answer is the gem: existing workarounds reveal both the urgency and, often, the shape of the right solution.
