Fundraising Gala Feedback
Guest experience and giving sentiment after a gala or benefit dinner.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
A gala has two audiences in one room: guests having an evening, and donors deciding whether this cause deserves next year's gift. This survey serves both – it rates the evening itself, then gently measures how well the programme communicated impact and whether the guest would attend, give, or bring friends next time.
The impact-clarity question is the fundraising finding: guests who can say what their money accomplishes tend to be the ones who return. If that score sags, the programme script – not the venue – is next year's fix.
