Group Booking Coordinator Survey

The organiser's verdict: block management, billing clarity, and group-day execution.

4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Group business flows through coordinators who remember everything: the rooming list changed smoothly or painfully, the master bill that reconciled or did not, the group's arrival handled as promised. This survey collects the coordinator's professional verdict after the group departs.

Survey the coordinator separately from the guests, and do not substitute one for the other. Guests rate the room and the breakfast; the coordinator rates the twenty operational moments that never reached a guest – the amended rooming list, the late arrivals desk, the invoice that had to be rebuilt line by line.

Coordinators book repeatedly and talk to each other; their answers are next season's group pipeline speaking early. The billing question deserves particular attention: a master account that does not reconcile creates work for the one person whose recommendation decides where the group goes next year, and it is remembered long after the welcome drinks are forgotten. Segment by group type, since a wedding block, a corporate offsite, and a tour operator's allocation fail in completely different ways.
