Housing Needs Assessment

Current conditions, affordability strain, and future needs across the community.

5 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Housing strategies built on census lag miss the strain happening now. This assessment measures current reality: condition and suitability of homes, the honest affordability question (share of income on housing), overcrowding and accessibility needs, and near-future risk – who expects to be forced to move and why.

It asks for no name or contact details, and strain admits itself only in private, so collect it through an anonymous link, which saves no IP address with a response and ties no response to an invitation. The expects-to-move-because answers are the leading indicator every housing officer wishes they had a year earlier.
