Field data collection with a team of enumerators

Household surveys on paper mean weeks of transcription, entry errors discovered after the field team disbands, and no view of coverage until it's too late to fix gaps.

The short way: Enumerators keying validated responses on phones as they walk, coverage visible centrally the same day, zero transcription phase.

Type this — that’s the whole job

How it works — three steps

  1. 1

Describe the instrument; the AI builds it with validated field types.

  2. 2

Each enumerator uses manual data entry on any phone or tablet.

  3. 3

Watch responses aggregate by area code live; redirect the team to gaps daily.

What’s doing the work

Manual entry modeBusiness

Built for exactly this: staff keying many responses, one after another, gates bypassed.

Validation at entry

A household of 900 members is refused on the doorstep, not found in cleaning.

Live aggregation

Coverage by area updates as the team walks — gaps get fixed during fieldwork, not lamented after.

Questions people ask

What about areas with no connectivity?

Entries need a connection to save — plan captures around coverage windows, or record on paper in dead zones and key in at the vehicle. (True offline capture is on our roadmap.)

How do we track which enumerator collected what?

An enumerator code question on the form makes per-collector productivity and quality auditable.

Minutes, not weeks. That’s the deal.
