Job Completion Sign-off
Work accepted in writing: scope confirmed, site condition, photo, and client signature.
6 questions · 1 page · about 4 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
The job is finished when the client agrees it is – in writing. This sign-off form closes the loop on site: scope items confirmed complete, site left clean and safe, a completion photo, any agreed follow-ups recorded rather than remembered, and the client's drawn signature with the date.
For trades, it is the invoice-dispute vaccine; for clients, the clarity of exactly what was accepted. Completed on a phone at the door in a few minutes.
