Membership Renewal Survey
Why members stay, what they use, and what would make renewal automatic.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Membership organisations discover lapse reasons a year too late – at renewal. This survey runs ahead of the renewal window and asks what members actually used this year, what they valued most, and what would make renewing an obvious yes rather than an invoice to consider.
The used-nothing segment is your save list: members who consumed no benefits rarely renew, but a personal nudge toward one relevant benefit before the invoice lands often changes the outcome.
