Move-In Condition Report
Room-by-room condition, meter readings, photos, and both-party sign-off.
7 questions · 1 page · about 5 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Deposit disputes are lost for lack of a move-in record. This condition report walks the tenant through each area – walls, floors, appliances, bathroom, fixtures – with a rating per item, photo uploads for anything already marked, meter readings, and a signature that timestamps the whole record.
Completed in the first 48 hours of tenancy, it protects both sides: the tenant against inherited damage claims, the landlord against everything after. The uploaded photos live with the response for the length of the tenancy.
