Post-Event Speaker Debrief
Ask your speakers how the event treated them – logistics, audience, and returning.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Speakers are the event's product and its most reusable asset, yet almost nobody asks them how it went. This debrief covers the speaker experience – briefing quality, AV and stage support, audience energy – and whether they would return or recommend the stage to peers, which is how speaker pipelines compound.
The briefing-quality score is usually the finding: speakers who felt well-prepared rate everything else higher. Fix the speaker pack and next year's lineup improves itself.
