Save-the-Date RSVP
An early headcount: attendance intent, plus-ones, and travel plans before invites go out.
5 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Before the formal invitation, organisers need one thing: a realistic headcount. This save-the-date RSVP asks attendance intent while plans are still soft, whether a plus-one is likely, and travel needs – enough to book the room block and set the catering bracket without pretending precision that does not exist yet.
The maybe option is deliberate: an honest maybe now beats a polite yes that no-shows later. Follow up the maybes two months out with the formal invite.
