Public Transport Rider Survey
Punctuality, crowding, cleanliness, and safety – from daily riders and the drivers-who-could-switch.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Transit grows two ways: keeping riders and converting drivers, and each group needs different evidence. This survey serves both – riders rate punctuality, crowding, cleanliness, and safety by time of day; occasional users and non-riders name the specific barrier (frequency, coverage, safety, cost) that keeps the car keys in hand.
The safety-after-dark score, segmented, deserves its own review meeting; it constrains ridership more than any timetable tweak.
