Handover snagging fails as a wandering conversation and works as an itemised list. This form captures each snag as a record: location, description, responsible trade if known, severity (cosmetic to functional), and a photo – building the punch list item by item as the walkthrough happens.
Each submission is one snag, so the collector's response list IS the tracker: sortable, assignable, and closable, with photographic before-states attached.
