Sports Facility Booking Feedback
Courts, pitches, and studios: booking ease, condition on arrival, and value.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Facility hire is a simple promise: easy to book, ready on arrival, worth the fee. This survey checks each link – the booking experience online or by phone, whether the court or pitch was ready and in condition at the booked time, changing facilities, and value – for venues renting space by the hour.
The ready-on-arrival failures are the churn events in facility hire: a team that arrives to an unlined pitch books elsewhere next month. Track it weekly by facility.
