Sign up volunteers with skills and availability attached
Volunteer interest arrives as enthusiastic emails with no structure. Matching forty offers to twelve shifts means re-asking everyone everything, and losing half to the delay.
The short way: Signups with skills, availability and preferences as sortable data — Saturday's roster is a filter, not a correspondence project.

No setup, no tutorial. The words above go with you — review what the AI builds, then share the link.
How it works — three steps
- 1
Describe roles and shifts; the AI structures availability as tickable slots.
- 2
Share the link through community channels.
- 3
Filter the responses by day and role — the roster falls out.
What’s doing the work
Checkbox availability grids
Days × times as tick boxes, not free-text 'most weekends usually'.
Contact listsBusiness
Export the signups and import them as a contact list, ready to invite volunteers to shifts later.
Multiple responses per browser
Switch it on for the link and a volunteer whose availability changes sends a fresh signup; sort by date and the latest is on top.
Questions people ask
How do we handle background-check requirements?
A required acknowledgment question gates the flow, and a file-upload slot takes the certificate where your process needs it.
Can volunteers update availability later?
Not by reopening a sent signup — a submitted response can't be changed. Turn on 'Allow multiple responses from the same browser' in the link's settings and they send a fresh one; delete the older signup on the Responses tab so the roster shows only the latest.
