Apprentice Progress Review
The quarterly check on skills, site experience breadth, and mentoring quality.
5 questions · 1 page · about 4 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Apprenticeships succeed on rotation and mentorship, and drift into labouring without review. This quarterly progress form captures both views – the apprentice's self-assessment on skills gained and site experience breadth, and the honest mentoring question: is someone actually teaching, or just supervising – plus college-versus-site alignment.
The breadth check protects the qualification: an apprentice who has only done one task for six months is cheap labour accruing a training debt the review makes visible.
