Broadband Installation Feedback
The engineer visit: punctuality, tidiness, speeds delivered, and setup explained.
4 questions · 1 page · about 1 minute to answer · fully editable after you start
Broadband is judged twice: at the installation visit and at the first speed test. This survey covers both – engineer punctuality and tidiness, whether the router placement conversation happened, speeds achieved versus sold, and whether the customer left knowing how to use and troubleshoot their own setup.
The speeds-versus-sold answer is the churn seed to catch early: customers who start below the promised line speed begin their contract already composing the switching complaint.
