Citizen Satisfaction Survey
Core services rated by residents: roads, waste, parks, safety, and value for taxes.
4 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Municipal budgets argue in the abstract until residents rate the concrete: the roads they drive, the waste collection they depend on, the parks their children use. This survey scores the core service basket and asks residents to rank where the next budget increment should go – a legitimacy tool as much as a measurement one.
Run it annually with identical wording and publish results alongside last year's; visible response to the previous survey's worst score is what earns next year's participation.
