Environmental Cleanup Event Survey
Post-cleanup debrief: organisation, equipment, impact visibility, and return intent.
5 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start
Cleanup events convert good intentions into bags of litter and, done well, into repeat environmentalists. This debrief measures what makes volunteers return: organised check-in, enough equipment, clear areas of work, and – the motivational core – seeing the visible difference made by the day.
The first-timer-versus-regular split in your results tells you whether the event grows or churns; the first-timers who rate impact visibility low are the ones worth a personal follow-up before they drift away.
