Fundraising Campaign Feedback

What supporters thought of the campaign – message, channel, and the ask itself.

5 questions · 1 page · about 2 minutes to answer · fully editable after you start

Campaigns teach lessons whether you collect them or not. This post-campaign survey asks supporters – donors and non-donors alike – what they remember of the message, which channel reached them, how the ask amount landed, and what stopped the undecided. The non-donor answers are the growth data; donors already said yes.

Send within two weeks of campaign close. One cycle of honest answers about ask-amount discomfort is worth a year of A/B testing appeal letters.
